Reclamation of Idle Compute Instances

Idle Always Free compute instances may be reclaimed by Oracle. Oracle will deem virtual machine and bare metal compute instances as idle if, during a 7-day period, the following are true:

  • CPU utilization for the 95th percentile is less than 10%
  • Network utilization is less than 10%
  • Memory utilization is less than 10% (applies to A1 shapes only)

闲置的Always Free计算实例将可能被Oracle回收. 如果在过去的7天内满足以下条件将会被Oracle认定为闲置的虚拟或裸金属实例:

  • CPU利用率第95个百分位小于10%*

  • 内存利用率小于10%(仅限A1实例)

*将利用率小到大排序后,倒数第5个百分位(5%的位置)利用率>10%即可, 即只需要保证有超过5%的时间里利用率大于剩余的时间即可
